Nikon D5000, Nikkor 35mm f/1.8, 35mm, f/5, ISO 200, 1/160
I was catching some nice light toward the end of our exploration at the Scranton Lace Factory and decided to take some B&W frames with the 35mm prime. I shot these images handheld with the camera set to monochrome and even though the RAW files preserved the RGB color information, I knew I wasn’t going to use it! I’m a big fan of using Nik’s Silver Efex Pro 2 software and the more I use it, the more I realize how much life it can bring to a B&W image! If you haven’t given SEP2 a try yet, you will not be disappointed!
